There comes a time when you need to decide

 A simple Decision based totally for YOU

 Are you here on earth to survive and just live?

 Or

Do You –

 Step into the shoes of just being you being you.

All my life the original jack of all trades, master of none.

But then I woke up one day and saw the sun come up, I did a few calculations and guess what?

I decided I was the next Picasso?

I reckon I had nothing to lose and everything to win.

Within a month my new life started to begin.

You kick off as Assistant Manager in a Pub and it is not long, and the time comes to move on.

 You kick off as a painter and it is not long and it’s time to move on.

 You move to truck driving, and it is not long, and time comes to move on

 You go away and find another job.  It’s not long and the time comes to move on.

 You try something else; it lasts for a while and before you know it you move on.

Back to truck driving once again.  You even give uber driving a go, but nothing fills the space within your heart.

 Sure, you earn the dollars, you fill in the days, you put food on the table and pay the rent.

 But is that enough when you know you are more than just that?

 Then you wake up and one day you decide

 That after being a husband, a great mate, 5 children and eleven grandchildren.

  How much time do I have left?

 You do the calculations and what do you come up with?

 It is time to be “ME”.

 I did this self-portrait and saw “ME”.  Then I thought that is not bad.  I rather like it.

 If I can draw me then I can be me.  It is really that simple.

 Everyone starts somewhere in life.  Everyone ends somewhere in life.

 In between we can do almost anything that we choose and that is the magic word. “Choose”.  We think we can’t make choices when in fact we can.

 When we make the right choices for ourselves, we move into the magic of life.

 When we make wrong choices or think that is the only choice, we can make that is when we move into struggle and sacrifice.

 The day I made the choice to be an abstract artist was the best choice I have made in my life.

 The day I made the choice that I can sell my art was the next best choice.

 Every day I get to fill my personal tanks with joy, creation, love and passion.

 Even better than that my art now takes me places to inspire, motivate and give blokes like me a new look on life.

 Me being me has changed my life; it has changed my future.

 There is not a day goes where I do not feel love and joy.  The excitement when I get a call to purchase one of my original pieces or even a print.

 When you purchase one of my pieces and place in your home or maybe on a book you write out your messages each day know that if I can change my life so can you.
